About Joseph L. Bauer
My interest in practicing law began at a young age. When I was nine months old, an incident at an at-home daycare center made me a very young plaintiff in my first personal injury suit. Since then, I have been drawn to the profession through incredible role-models and a passion for the cause of liberty.
During law school, I worked as a student attorney in both the Anoka and Ramsey County offices of the Public Defender. While there, I witnessed how intimidating and confusing the legal system can be for those without proper representation. It is my conviction that the legal system should be available to everyone. I strive to facilitate that ideal through passionate advocacy on behalf of my clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, collecting vinyl records, playing guitar, and spending time with my lovely wife Megan and my son Thomas. I also enjoy reading fiction and studying the ways in which economics and human action affect public policy.
“You can’t do anything about the length of your life, but you can do something about its width and depth.”
