William Sulton, a trial attorney in the Gingras, Thomsen & Wachs Milwaukee office, has been elected president of American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin (ACLU Wisconsin) for the upcoming term.
“I am thrilled to be the President of the Board of Directors of ACLU Wisconsin, said Sulton. “The organization’s work animates progress on so many fronts. I am looking forward to continuing these great efforts.”
Sulton’s legal practice focuses on civil, constitutional and employee rights. He remains very active in additional organizations including Wisconsin Association of African-American Lawyers, National Association for Advancement of Colored People (Milwaukee Branch), American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Wisconsin Association for Justice.
